Policies and Procedures
Furnished Garments:
No Deposit Required
Must be cleaned prior to furnishing
Not responsible for damage including,
but not limited to misprints, machine malfunctions, etc.
Non-Furnished Garments:
50% Deposit Required
If youth or adult is not specified, customer will recieve adult sizes
Add-Ons after first day order is placed will delay job
Must be counted and inspected at time of pick-up
Not responsible for garments after paperwork is signed
Samples / Size Runs:
Sample / Size Run orders must be paid in full
Can be ordered prior to placing order
No Refunds, but can furnish for order
Artwork:
Artwork only orders must be paid in full
Standard Artwork Turnaround = 5 Business Days
2 Changes with No additional charges
Will be emailed when ready
Must have approval emailed back to art department
24 Hour delay in approval will delay job
All custom art created by Advance Screen Printing is Copyrighted and the sole property
of Advance Screen Printing and Embroidery
All digital files are the sole property of Advance Screen Printing and Embroidery
Customers may purchase these files as a Logo Package for an Additional Charge

Screen Setup - $15.00 per color per side
Name Setup - $.35 per name, $5.00 Minimum
Embroidery
Digitizing Service - $7.00 per 1000 stitches
Name Setup - $.35 per name, $5.00 Minimum
Thermoflex, Vinyl, Etc.
Basic Text and/or Number - $7.50
Name Setup - $.35 per name, $5.00 Minimum
Artwork Service - $25.00 1st Color, $10.00 each additional

Turnaround Time:
Standard Turnaround Time = 10 Business Days
Rush Service Available for Additional Fees:
6-9 Business Days = *15%

Garments are Scheduled to be Complete by 5:00pm on the Due Date
